| Employment Disputes
Two years after an employee quit her job, the employee filed a sexual harassment suit against the company and her former boss. A forensic investigation ensued in order to provide the employer with computer evidence to help them decide whether to back the former boss, or settle with the employee. The results of the forensic analysis included evidence of a significant amount of harassing emails sent from the boss to the employee. Based on this analysis, the company decided to not back the accused, and instead settled out of court with the former employee.
