In the midst of a complex divorce case, including child custody hearings, the wife and her attorney were attempting to build the strongest case possible. The wife suspected that the husband was frequently viewing hard-core pornography. The husband, who was a preacher, stood to have his reputation tarnished, if this was proven to be true. The forensic analysis uncovered significant amounts of extremely hard-core pornography including frequent website visits, graphics, and videos on the husband’s hard drive. The husband settled out of court.
