The IT Consultant is in a position to help our small to medium-sized business customers operate more efficiently due to the proper use of today's technologies. In this role, you will not only identify technology solutions that will add productivity, but you will also implement those solutions. We are looking for candidates with strong customer-oriented consultative skills that also have strong technology and troubleshooting skills. Systems Designer
Miles Technologies is a leader in developing software systems for businesses. A crucial part of our software development lifecycle is the design phase, where a detailed design for the system is created. This detailed design becomes the “blueprint” for our development staff, where they will execute the design and develop the system for our client. As a Systems Designer at Miles Technologies, you will have the opportunity to work on designing software systems for businesses in all industries. You will be provided information obtained in our Discovery and Analysis phases which provides a summary of overall objectives to be accomplished as well as functional requirements. In this role, you will work with systems analysts, User Interface Designers as well as software development staff.

Responsibilities:
- Review results of discovery and analysis phases of software development lifecycle and gain full understanding of business needs and functional requirements.
- Create detailed design of software system, to include defining data needs in terms of all required fields as well as defining user interface to include defining all forms, buttons and fields on those forms and all associated logic and functionality.
- Define workflows based on business and functional requirements. Use tools like MS Visio to diagram the workflows.
- Work with User Interface Designer to provide detailed instructions so that they can provide graphical mockups of all user interface forms and reports.
- Answer questions and provide additional details regarding designs to systems analysts, user interface designers and software developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field such as computer science, MIS, engineering, business or accounting
- Ability to fully comprehend both functional and business requirements for software systems.
- Experience with database structures and database design methodology (Access, MS SQL, Oracle)
- Experience with design of software systems, preferably web-based applications (ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, Java).
- Understanding of business flow and procedures and the ability to translate these into functional and efficient software solutions.
Implementation Specialist
In the role of IT Implementation Specialist (IS), you will serve as a Senior Consultant on a technical team. You will provide support for our customers for complex technical issues across a wide variety of environments and platforms. The IS also serves as a resource for our other technical consultants. The IS will also develop detailed technical implementation plans for our customer projects. The IS should have at least 3-4 years of strong technical, as well as desktop, server support and implementation experience. The IT Implementation Specialist will be a contact for our customers for all IT related services networking (infrastructure and support), desktops, laptops, servers and the operating systems that run on them, everything related to email technology (email servers, email clients), handheld devices, off the shelf software (MS Office), etc.). You will respond to the requests of our customers in a timely manner and either perform troubleshooting to identify solutions to problems or answer how to questions to guide the user through the use of the system. You will learn a great deal about business software and the needs of businesses in numerous industries. Telemarketing Representative
Part Time Telemarketing - 2 Shifts Available 9am to 1pm & 1pm to 5pm Monday through Thursday.
Miles Technologies, located in Moorestown NJ, is seeking outgoing personalities for outbound calls to local businesses offering our services.
