Each and every staff member at Miles Technologies lives by this Service Promise on a daily basis:

I promise...

  • To get back to customers and fellow staff members the very same day they contact me, preferably via phone. 
  • To set the customers' and fellow staff members' expectations as to when the request will be addressed.
  • That if I cannot meet the expectations that I set with them, that I will contact them immediately, preferably via phone, and set new expectations that I believe I can meet.
  • To contact customers and fellow staff members, preferably via phone, to inform them that I am working on their request and to provide timely updates.
  • To contact customers and fellow staff members, preferably via phone, when I am finished working on their request to explain to them what has been done and to inform them if any follow up work is required, and to schedule that work if necessary.
