is pleased to announce the 2009
Miles Young Entrepreneur Award!

Conceptualized by Chris Miles, CEO of Miles Technologies, who started his first company at the age of 12 and founded Miles Technologies at the age of 26, the Miles Young Entrepreneur Award gives recognition to progressive young business owners under the age of 35 operating businesses in southern New Jersey.

Awards will spotlight a selection of candidates including:

  • 1 Overall Miles Young Entrepreneur Award Winner
  • 3 Emerging Young Entrepreneur Awards – Recognizing business owners under the age of 25 who may not meet all of the specific criteria of the Young Entrepreneur Award but who are operating unique and growing businesses
  • 1 Mentor Award – Recognizing an individual who has counseled and truly inspired a young entrepreneur
  • 1 Lifetime Achievement Award – Recognizing an inspiring individual whose career as an entrepreneur began at a young age and continued throughout his or her life

The Miles Young Entrepreneur Awards event will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2009, at Miles Technologies' headquarters in Moorestown, NJ.  This will be a fun-filled evening with light refreshments, business networking opportunities and inspiring stories of entrepreneurship.
