During Beta testing, our teams will sit together (physically or virtually) and use the system as if it were live, identifying potential areas for tweaking or improvement.

Practical Interactive Training

Your system is designed to be intuitive, and we augment this by providing training fit to your organization’s learning needs. Training sessions are broken down and molded to fit the target audience and topic.

Version 1.0 & Beyond

During adoption, it’s typical to uncover additional features and changes to your system beyond the original vision and scope of work. The key is to maintain focus on what you absolutely need to accomplish your goals in Version 1, and then to start planning for incorporating more features after your system launch. We will work with you to navigate this process from the preparation and launch of Version 1.0 through Version 1.1 and beyond.

It’s necessary to make certain preparations so your system is ready to go on Day 1.

We will ensure that your system is set up on an appropriate hosting environment, that the appropriate settings and configuration within your system are ready to begin using, and that the appropriate data has been entered so you are ready to go!

Launch!

We will work with your team and partners to ensure the smoothest launch possible. Our team of experts knows what it takes to avoid the dreaded post-launch growing pains.

We will work to overcome any challenges and continue the Adoption Program until the system is ready to move out of Beta.

Beta

The relationship between your new system and your business is most critical during the hours, days, and weeks after initial implementation.

To ensure a smooth transition, we add additional staff to your project team at this stage to provide our highest level of alert and support. We make sure all areas of the system are being fully utilized and adopted, so you can seamlessly convert from the old way of doing things.

Version 1.0

Once you fully adopt your new system and no longer need our escalated Adoption Program services, we’ll confirm the appropriate time to progress beyond the beta stage with your team.

Version 1.0 represents the maturity of your application and readiness to move into standard support mode and add new features and value to your core system.

Support & Evolve

You can now start implementing the great ideas you had during the adoption phase to advance the functionality of your new system even further.
