Since 2005, John has been a core member of the Miles IT team, leading product and service development efforts, consulting over a thousand customers, and overseeing multiple technology teams. In his role as Vice President of Software Consulting, John champions a relentless focus on growth through the intelligent use of technology. He consistently identifies and shares strategies to help organizations improve through simplification and the strategic use of technology.

John holds a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University, Temple University, and other colleges in the Philadelphia region. John has published multiple peer-reviewed publications and has spoken at various academic, industry, and technology conferences.
