These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MilesIT.com website and customer, vendor, and candidate website portals (collectively referred to as the “Websites”) operated by Miles IT Company (“Miles IT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). 4. Refund Policy

 

Subscriptions and Services: You and Miles IT may terminate subscriptions and other services at any time upon thirty (30) days written notice. However, refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the subscription or service term.
 
Products: All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased products. If a product you receive is defective or damaged, please refer to the Warranty Claims section below.

 

5. Delivery Policy

 

Digital Products: Digital products, such as software licenses or access to online services, will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your account upon purchase completion.
 
Physical Products: Miles IT will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver physical products within the estimated time stated on your order. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with your order. You will be notified by email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

6. Return Policy

 

Products: We do not accept returns for products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
 
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, or replace the product at your discretion (subject to availability).
 
Warranty Claims: For warranty claims on any products, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information included with the product or contact the manufacturer directly.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

 

Subscriptions and Services: You and Miles IT may terminate subscriptions and other services at any time upon thirty (30) days written notice. You will be responsible for all services provided by Miles IT up to the termination date, regardless of whether you received the invoices. For any services with a commitment beyond the termination date, an invoice for the remaining term will be generated and due before the termination takes effect.
 
Products: We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been placed.

 

8. Acceptable Use

 

You agree to use the Websites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

MILES IT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MILES IT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
